Updated patch version from Leonhard Lang!

We have now received a new supply of patches from Leonhard Lang. Some changes have been made based on user feedback. The patch now features a "tab" that is not attached to the placement guide, making it easier to remove the guide. However, please remember to secure the patch properly before removing the placement guide.
